**1. Services Provided**

Michael Straub Photography offers photography services including weddings, portraits, events and headshots. All services are subject to availability.

**2. Payment Terms**

- A deposit or retainer may be required upon booking to secure your date.

- The remaining balance is due by the day of your event or session.

- Payments can be made via Debit/Credit card, Venmo, Paypal, check or cash.

**3. Cancellation and Rescheduling**

- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event for a full refund.

- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

**4. Intellectual Property Rights**

- All images taken by Michael Straub Photography remain the property of the photographer. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for personal use.

- Clients may not sell or profit from the images without written permission.

**5. Model Release**

Clients grant Michael Straub Photography permission to use their images for advertising, promotions, and portfolio use. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please inform us in writing.

**6. Liability**

Michael Straub Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photography session, except in cases of gross negligence.

**7. Governing Law**

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of PA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
